Paul Tolliver, has won and settled lawsuits against (in alphabetical order): ANTELOPE VALLEY ALLEREGY MEDICAL (Palmdale, CA), BMI, CHEX SYSTEMS, DOLLAR RENT-A-CAR, GREYHOUND BUS LINES, LOCKHEED FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, RENT-A-WRECK, other companies and individual parties. These validated actions were commenced to combat the efforts of the Rawdeals, and further support the expulsion of those with legal "bad hands".
The Real Deal
A message from V. Paul Tolliver
I do not encourage individuals to create lawsuits, or even attempt to make a living on filing lawsuits, unless you are an attorney or retained in some capacity. However, i strongly encourage individuals to avoid being stepped on and protect themselves from a raw deal. In which case, filing a lawsuit may be an option.
Regardless who you are, there is a certain type of moral ethic that should be exercised in filing lawsuits. I believe you will be a better person if this is followed.
Judgements are judgements. No entity or person should scapegoat your favorable judgements as a means of income and a reason to deny you of any other services or benefits (IE: The Social Security Administration, Social Services, etc.). Not all individuals filing lawsuits are employed to do it and do not have to.
In the event I endure in another favorable project that will rectify and balance the rawdeal, I will modify, shut, or pass on the site, to someone, who is interested of course. In the meantime...The Rawdeal.
