A few years ago, I was continually getting the rawdeal from business to people, from contracts to the National Endowment of The Arts, from many Los Angeles County, California, Court Judges and Commissioners to being denied by the Social Security Administration. Most of these entities of broad mention indulge in legal "bad hands", or abuse of protocol.

It is unconstitutional being subject this unlawful protocol. I decided to commence an action in most of these matters. Ultimately winning, or settling ( * = settlement), cases against: (Click the link to see the judgement)

Prior, I went to school to study law, and worked as a legal adminstrative executive for a music publishing company for over eight years.

I applied for legal clerks jobs in recent times and was not hired. Yet, I past the test when appling to the following entities:

SPHERION (a law job placement "something" in southern CA. - through monster.com) - They sent me a denial back too quick. I don't think my application was sought at all. Ironically, I was involved in a case in which the opposing attorney was begging the judge for money by submitting memorandums to the court. I don't think he was "paid" retained so to speak. What a shame. Maybe bad politics. (Letter copy)

SAN DIEGO SUPERIOR COURT - I past the test for this job and had a superb interview. I was turned down by someone other than the supervisors that interviewed me. Also, the person who turned down my application, had nothing to do with the position I applied for. (Click Link above for Letter copy)

BLUE CROSS - I past the test (upper percentile), I had the interview (flying colors), I was one of the top three candidates. You know what happened, I was denied. An old roommate harassingly urged me to apply for this job, in which he had worked for some time. However, when he found out I was being considered for a position above him, he turncoat Benedict Arnold on me by doing whatever he could to prevent me from obtaining that position. Then had the nerve to stare me in the face at home as if nothing happened. What an @x#\\$&%?!

With respect to the foregoing, if I have to show causation, then the next man has to. If I have to submit a document prior a due date, then the next man has to. Biasness to one party, due to "bad hands", is a rawdeal and subject to termination or punishment.

I strongly support our Nation's Administration, the finest this nation has seen. Further, I support your right to bring attention to Rawdeals.
