Dishonest Judge Randolph Rogers & awful attorney James Burton of Lancaster, CA

- Judge Randolph Rogers in the Palmdale Courthouse, Palmdale, California, Los Angeles County, North District, is a dishonest and prejudiced Commissioner.
Judge Randolph Rogers allowed a Lancaster, California attorney named James Burton, whom is in the business of evictions, to keep his fee low with his client by, once again, avoiding trial.

James Burton charges 300 dollars for uncontested evictions. The opposing litigant made Burton work for his money by contesting it. When Burton realized he actually had to be an attorney, Burton snibbled and complained to Judge Randolph Rogers on how the opposing litigant was prolonging the process. Further, Burton even resorted to filing a default to the court clerks in a last ditch effort to get a judgement rendered. The default wasn't even warranted by rule!. What a lowlife. A person would only do that and waste the court time if he has a judge, or clerk, who is as dishonest and awful as him to submit that crap to. It shows that Burton was, and is, an awful lowlife attorney.

Because of this Judge Randolph Rogers made Burton, and his client, swear to the allegations without hearing testimony. Further, Judge Randolph Rogers wasn't even to hear this case due to a prior complaint the opposing litigant had filed against him.

Judge Randolph Rogers should endure expulsion from his post. He has too many complaints against him. James Burton, attorney of Lancaster, California, is an awful attorney. His time will soon be up as well.
